Generous sized rooms, superfriendly staff. This beach hotel offered us gorgeous views and scenery. The venue itself was in a beautiful area.
-
it was a 3-star hotel in every way. thanks to their waiter for the help. for evening drinks visit coastal grill, it is located within 5 minutes by foot.
-
My wonderful experience in Oxnard. The buffet breakfast catered for everyone. I would be happy to recommend the hotel to family and friends, especially the room with the ocean view.
-
This hotel is in general superb. The beds were comfortable, though I don't like sleeping away from home.
-
The heated pool and the staff working there
Room had some stains on the couch and on the carpet. Price/quality ratio isn't good
-
The resort is very nice, the beach is wide with Boardwalk, highly recommended to stop before going to Malibu or Santa Monica
-
Spacious suite, staff extremely friendly
In 2016, it remains crazy that you have to pay for your internet access in a hotel like Hilton. And parking also costs extra money. Room rate including internet and parking would be better.
-
They went out their way to find us accommodation on the first night of our stay; we booked 3 nights and for some reason the booking wasn't received by the hotel?
It's becoming "tired" - by that I mean It's needs a face lift and the external maintenance is lacking.
-
Balcony, ocean view. Helped transfer our bags to the car when checking out.
Room phone was not working and was not repaired when reception was informed. Lots of tar on feet by walking on beach.

The resort is located in a beautiful place. The pool, spas and restaurant are beautiful and kept in excellent condition. The food was good. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room smelled musty and was very dusty. An item from a previous guest was in plain sight - pepper spray. The hallway carpet to the room was dirty and smelled of urine. When the desk staff were approached, they blamed third party websites for our disappointment. Said there was nothing they could do to make our stay better. "But, remember, you have a Kuerig(with not enough pods) and free snacks from the vending machine(which was empty)."

Bathroom toilets were not cleaned. Had period stains from the previous guest. Air conditioner had to get repaired in our room. Toilets got clogged. Just very poor maintain E For the price you pay for the room. Wifi was also horrible and it's included as a Hilton member, no value in that. The happy hour was weak! They didn't have mixers and drinks seemed to be all juice. Very disappointed in this visit and we stay regular at Embassy suites.

We had a decent view of the ocean and the room was quiet.
The room was DIRTY. There were hairs on the pillows and the bathroom was...yuck. Cleaning staff needs to step it up! The air conditioning unit leaked-right on the counter so you couldn't put any food items there. Room was very dark and if we opened the curtain to let in a little light the room next to us could see right in to the bedroom. The front desk didn't want to be there. When checking in we inquired about wifi and was told that it was 9.99. She neglected to inform us that if we signed up for Hilton rewards it would be free. (btw-signing up for hilton rewards was free) Don't go out of your way to help.

Love the big comfy rooms and the free breakfast and co Lusail receptions every day. The grounds are beautiful with pins and waterfalls everywhere. One of the coolest things is that one of the waterfalls goes down into the underground parking garage.
The on-site restaurant was a bit overpriced and had very few options. Also, or room ended up with a leak in the ceiling, which definitely put a damper on our trip. Fortunately it was the last day, so it did not ruin the whole trip. Also the in-room refrigerator did not work properly and half of the food we brought with us had to be thrown out.

Bed and towels
Shower moldy, Internet awful, was promised a room with ocean view and paid for room with ocean view by booking but was not given a room with ocean view- as a result we will never use booking again and will tell everyone NOT to use booking. Plus we will not be back to the Mandalay bay either

Happy hour, breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful employees (except for the front desk employees).
I called the front desk asked for an extra complimentary lotion waited for hours lotion never came. Front desk employees should be trained how to deal with guests. They seemed to be unhappy to work in that place.
